Maps of Forecast Swell for NZ 

Maps of swell by NOAA's Multigrid Wave Watch III model are shown for 12 h intervals for the next few days.
The initial map, called the analysis, is derived from previous forecasts with field observations assimilated into it. Thus, it is a best estimate of the current conditions.
The model is updated every 6 hours, but this webpage is updated daily.
Times are UTC. Add 12 h to get NZST.
